Shipping and Returns

Shipping in Canada

  • We ship in Canada via Canada Post and Canpar. Orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days unless we have a promotion or it's weekend/holidays. In this case, it will take up to 4 business days for the order to be shipped.
  • Business days include Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. 
  • We offer flat rate shipping of $10 for orders within Canada. We offer free shipping on orders over $80. Orders to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon do not qualify for free shipping and the shipping will be charged according to Canada Post rates.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.  If you need your package shipped "signature required," please leave us a note in the comments section of your order, especially if you have had trouble with packages disappearing!
  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customer. Unfortunately, the shipping charges will not be refunded if you make a mistake. If you catch a mistake before your items are shipped, email us immediately and let us know at hello@ralucaskincare.com

 

Shipping to the United States

  • We ship to the United States via UPS or USPS. Orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days unless we have a promotion or it's weekend/holidays. In this case, it will take up to 4 business days for the order to be shipped.
  • Business days include Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. 
  • We offer flat rate standard shipping of $10 for orders under $80, within contiguous US. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 for orders within contiguous US. Orders from non-contiguous US are charges $25 for shipping.
  • Orders being shipped to the US may be subject to customs inspections and fees. In the event that customs fees, brokerage fees, and/or taxes are applied to your order, these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not pay for duties and/or taxes, nor can we control delays due to customs and import laws. A shipping refund will not be given if your package is delayed beyond our control.

Returns

  • We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please send us an email and let us know the reason you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return your purchase to us within 14 days from receiving your order for a refund of your purchase price. Due to the nature of the products we only accept items that are unused and in the original package.
  • We cannot refund shipping costs unless an incorrect item was shipped to you. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. 
    If you are shipping from outside of Canada please make sure to label your package as a ‘Return’ on customs documents. Raluca Skincare will not pay duties or taxes on return shipments. If you are shipping products back for a refund, we strongly recommend you get tracking and insurance for your package. We are not responsible for packages that fail to reach us.


Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@ralucaskincare.com


Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@ralucaskincare.com and we will arrange a new shipment.
